TURKHAS Delegation to Japan & Republic of Korea

As part of our TURKHAS-3 URGE Project, we conducted a business delegation visit to Japan and the Republic of Korea between October 28 and November 5, 2025, covering the cities of Tokyo, Shizuoka, Ibaraki, Yamanashi, Seoul, and Suwon. Throughout the program, our delegation was received with remarkable interest and hospitality at every institution and company we visited. Despite the geographical distance and the highly distinct business culture of these markets, our team successfully engaged with all stakeholders and established meaningful dialogues that hold strong potential for future cooperation.

During the visit, we explored the latest automation technologies at Fanuc Corporation and visited Molex, where we observed their semiconductor manufacturing facilities. In particular, our engagements with global industry leaders such as Hitachi and Samsung—held directly at their headquarters—were particularly valuable. These high-level meetings not only enabled us to present the capabilities of our member companies but also opened doors for potential collaborations across these brands’ other international locations.

Through the B2B meetings organized as part of the program, our participating companies established promising commercial connections with significant export potential to both the Japanese and Korean markets. We believe that the relationships formed and the insights gained during this mission will meaningfully contribute to the international growth strategies of our member companies and strengthen our sector’s presence in these highly competitive global markets.
